I came across www.litebulbs.co.uk by chance on the internet. The site was very comprehensive and informative and I decided to try out a couple of their EXERGI HyperBright energy efficient LED lights to see if they would be suitable to replace all our halogen bulbs in the hotel. I had loaded some products into the online shopping basket and was about to order them when I deciding to give them a quick call before finally buying.
I'm very glad that I did. Their sales team was excellent at asking all the right questions and helping ensure that I got exactly the right bulbs for our requirements. As a result of their advice I ended up trialling some different bulbs from what I had originally identified. I can honestly say that they are fantastic and we have now ordered over 200 EXERGI HyperBright LEDs to replace all the existing Halogen GU10s and MR16s in the hotel and restaurant.
We are expecting to save over £5000 per year on electricity costs and payback the costs of the bulbs within 8 months of installation. Further benefits not factored into the cost savings include reduced staff time replacing bulbs (the new bulbs last 25 times longer than the original ones) and reduced maintenance costs from replacing burnt out transformers caused by the excessive heat from traditional halogen bulbs.
